En aceite muy caliente, sellaremos la pieza de solomillo haci\u00e9ndolo por fuera, para que no se nos escapen los jugos y reservamos.<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both;
