En tiempos de fr\u00edo m\u00e1s vale una gorra , que un sombrero.<\/p>\n<p>Pues es tiempo de gorro o gorra (y si es de lana mejor, el sombrero ya&#8230; lo dejaremos para el verano) y de comida de cuchara, cremas y sopitas, que calientan el est\u00f3mago.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy una sopa de cebolla, que como todas las comidas tradicionales tienen su historia. Mi amigo Michelle, me contaba, que un antiguo rey de Polonia, y apasionado de la gastronom\u00eda, fue qui\u00e9n descubri\u00f3 esta sopa tradicional en una fonda francesa. Tanto le gust\u00f3 su sabor delicado, que no par\u00f3 hasta hacerse con la receta. Desde ese momento adquiri\u00f3 fama y popularidad en la corte, y m\u00e1s tarde, se convirti\u00f3 en el plato obligado con el que terminaban las juergas nocturnas parisinas, aunque no se si oliva<\/li>\n<li>50g. de queso suave para gratinar<\/li>\n<li>Dos dientes de ajo<\/li>\n<li>600ml de caldo de pollo, carne, o verduras<\/li>\n<li>10ml de vino blanco o bebida sal(teniendo cuenta que el caldo ya debe llevar sal) y pimienta, removemos y tapamos, a fuego suave y removiendo, para que la cebolla y el ajo se pochen, durante una media hora cebolla, que veamos que est\u00e9 transparente pero sin coger color, repartiremos la harina y removeremos bien, que no queden grumos.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" harina se ha cocinado lo suficiente para que no sepa a crudo, a\u00f1adiremos el vino blanco o bebida espirituosa, removemos y dejamos a fuego m\u00ednimo, un par de minutos, para que se evapore el alcohol, aunque recientemente he le\u00eddo un estudio en el que se dice, que no llega a evaporarse absolutamente&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full tostamos un poco el pan, unt\u00e1ndolo previamente, con el diente de ajo que nos queda.
