vaya noches calurosas que estamos teniendo, mas que calurosas seg\u00fan dicen, tropicales y claro con tan poco descanso mucho sue\u00f1o, as\u00ed que \u00e9ste a\u00f1o el refr\u00e1n se est\u00e1 cumpliendo al pi\u00e9 de la letra.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Hoy voy con un primer plato muy rico y fresquito y para el que solo hemos de encender para hervir la pasta, una ensalada muy apetitosa acompa\u00f1ada de queso y verduras y de una refrescante salsa al pesto.<\/div>\n<div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/-ti1Gud3ntMc\/VarUCTJ3aTI\/AAAAAAAAbL0\/iBysy1dfE1w\/s640\/blogger-image--750516258.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>Cuando preparo la salsa al pesto, suelo hacer cantidad y guardarla en el frigo porque es un excelente acompa\u00f1ante para pasta, pescado y verduras, y as\u00ed de paso aprovecho totalmente la bandeja de albahaca.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Para dos necesitaremos;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/-sHEFzN9ZAmg\/Vaqu7kEJpJI\/AAAAAAAAbIQ\/i6fxhFcSGjk\/s640\/blogger-image--1522672801.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ol>\n<li>Un pu\u00f1adito de pasta (yo esp\u00ecrales)<\/li>\n<li>Aceitunas negras deshuesadas en casa (yo de Arag\u00f3n)<\/li>\n<li>Tomates cereza<\/li>\n<li>Queso parmesano<\/li>\n<li>Brotes de can\u00f3nigos, espinacas, \u00a0r\u00facula etc.<\/li>\n<li>Aceite oliva con albahaca<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>para el pesto;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ol>\n<li>Albahaca fresca<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva virgen<\/li>\n<li>Pi\u00f1ones<\/li>\n<li>Vinagre<\/li>\n<li>Ajo molido<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<p>Comenzaremos hirviendo la pasta como indique el fabricante, la escurrimos y la ponemos en la ensaladera<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both;
