He preparado unas cintas de pasta fresca con gambas peladas y esp\u00e1rragos trigueros, que ha resultado un plato muy bueno.<br \/>\nEl esp\u00e1rrago hay que tenerlo en cuenta porque es diur\u00e9tico, bajo en calor\u00edas, no contiene nada de grasa ni<br \/>\ncolesterol, y tiene un contenido muy bajo en sal. Es una fuente rica de<br \/>\n\u00e1cido f\u00f3lico, potasio, y fibra natural. El nombre del \u00e1cido amino<br \/>\n asparraguina se derive de la palabra \u201cAsparagus\u201d, ya que la planta del<br \/>\nesp\u00e1rrago es rica en este compuesto.<br \/>\nLos champi\u00f1ones nos aportan amino\u00e1cidos esenciales y como seta que es, son ricos en oligoelementos y minerales, destacando sobretodo la<br \/>\npresencia de hierro, potasio y f\u00f3sforo. Tambi\u00e9n aportan vitaminas, en<br \/>\nespecial vitaminas del complejo B y C.<br \/>\nY las gambitaaaasssss mmmm son una excelente fuente de prote\u00edna de alta calidad y varias vitaminas y minerales importantes; son bajas en calor\u00edas y no contienen carbohidratos. Hay que decir que aunque el contenido de colesterol de las gambas es significativo, tambi\u00e9n contienen&nbsp; \u00e1cidos grasos como el Omega-3,&nbsp; saludables para el coraz\u00f3n \u00bfeh? que eso no podemos olvidarlo, as\u00ed que junto al tomatito y la pasta fresca&#8230;.menudo se\u00f1or platazo.<\/p>\n<p>Necesitaremos para tres comensales;<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both;
