Se trata de una receta de aprovechamiento, as\u00ed que&#8230; aprovechad.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy voy a hacer el caramelo, porque no me queda del que suelo tener siempre preparado, ya que no me gusta el sabor del que venden, me sabe a quemado, muy quemado y no puedo con \u00e9l, el \u00fanico que me gustaba, era el que antes, acompa\u00f1aba al flan \u00abEl chino Mandar\u00edn\u00bb, que es el flan que se ha usado en mi casa desde que era chiquitita, y sigo usando de toda la vida, que s\u00f3lo encuentro en los mercados, pero ya no trae caramelo hecho.\u00a0 Si quer\u00e9is tener caramelo a mano, aqu\u00ed ten\u00e9is el paso a paso,\u00a0 de c\u00f3mo hacerlo;<\/p>\n<p><a poniendo calentar el horno a 180\u00ba calor arriba y abajo, para ahorrar tiempo y energ\u00eda, lo haremos con la bandeja que vayamos a usar para el ba\u00f1o Mar\u00eda, ya con agua y as\u00ed lo hervir la leche con dos cucharadas de az\u00facar, la piel de la naranja, o mandarina, la del lim\u00f3n\u00a0 y un palo de canela, si no quer\u00e9is hacerlo al fuego, se puede hervir en el las manzanas, las descorazonamos y troceamos, laminamos o hacemos en dados, a vuestro gusto. Ir removiendo y cuidando que no se quemen. Tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9is ponerla en crudo, sin caramelizar y a\u00f1adir las dos cucharadas soperas de az\u00facar a la mezcla. Volcamos el az\u00facar r\u00e1pidamente en el molde y extenderemos bien por la base y los lados, cuidado que los moldes queman, no dej\u00e9is de usar guantes. Si veis que se os tuesta demasiado por arriba, podemos tapar con papel de aluminio.<\/div>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-26968\" src=\"https:\/\/elcalaixetdelaiaia.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-02-10-at-15.37.286-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1200\" \/><\/div>\n<div>Una vez est\u00e9 cuajado y en su punto, dejaremos que se enfr\u00ede, tal cual estaba, en la bandeja con agua. Cuando est\u00e9 fr\u00edo, lo pondremos en el frigo sin desmoldar. Si lo pod\u00e9is tener toda la noche en el frigo, estar\u00e1 mucho mejor, si cabe.<\/div>\n<div>En el momento de ir a comer, pasamos una pala de silicona, para que se despegue de las paredes. Si os estim\u00e1is los moldes, no se os ocurra usar para hacer esto un cuchillo, porque si ray\u00e1is el antiadherente, os lo carg\u00e1is.<\/div>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\"
