calabaza&#8230; \u00a1EL CORAZ\u00d3N!<\/p>\n<p>Hoy, la receta paso a paso y foto a foto, de una de las formas que preparo la crema de calabaza, otros d\u00edas publicar\u00e9 otras tantas recetas, pues son varias las que hago.<\/p>\n<p>Normalmente, hago la calabaza con el resto de la verdura, pero con toda sinceridad, como siempre, os contar\u00e9 que esta calabaza, la ten\u00eda preparada para hacer bu\u00f1uelos en un fin de semana m\u00e1s que especial, con toda la familia, disfrutando de la monta\u00f1a y la nieve, pero al final, a pesar de que \u00e9ramos muchos, llevamos taaanta comida, que tuve que cancelar la idea de la \u00abxocolat\u00e1 amb bunyols de carabassa\u00bb y traje a Val\u00e8ncia de vuelta, todos los ingredientes, incluida la calabaza\u00a0 ya cocida, y que fue directamente al congelador.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-24594\" pipas<\/li>\n<li>300g de patatas agrias<\/li>\n<li>Media cebolla<\/li>\n<li>200ml de caldo de cocer la calabaza, o de verduras<\/li>\n<li>Dos zanahorias<\/li>\n<li>200ml de nata o crema de leche, o nata de cocinar, o leche evaporada,o leche,\u00a0 o quesitos, o yogur&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Pimienta<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" calentamos un poco de aceite de oliva y ponemos la cebolla troceada a pochar, unos cinco minutos a fuego lento<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full center;\">\n<p>Cuando veamos que est\u00e1 transparente, a\u00f1adimos la patata pelada y chascada, la zanahoria y la calabaza cortada en cuadritos (en mi caso, esta vez, me salto este paso, porque ya
