Apio, puerros, ajos y perejil, quien mas, siembra, mas pierde.<\/p>\n<p>Muchos le llaman a esta crema vichyssoise, yo prefiero llamarla crema de puerros y patata&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Una crema crema ideal para hacerla el d\u00eda antes y guardarla en el frigo, en el \u00faltimo momento, hacemos los \u00faltimos pasos para decorar, y adelantamos mucho el trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Resulta muy apetecible calentita, pero tambi\u00e9n muy muy fresquita para el verano y podemos perfectamente resolver un primer plato.<\/p>\n<p>Para 3 personas necesitaremos;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"
