\/><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Gambas, gambones o langostinos<\/li>\n<li>3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/li>\n<li>Pimienta cayena<\/li>\n<li>Perejil<\/li>\n<li>Tres dientes de ajo<\/li>\n<li>Tres cucharadas de brandy<\/li>\n<li>Agua<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">Cuando hay oferta, compro una caja y la guardo en el congelador, de \u00e9sta forma puedo ir sacando para distintas recetas sin gastar demasiado, en \u00e9ste caso eran langostinos los que compr\u00e9 muy baratos, los dej\u00e9 descongelar en el frigo, una enjuadadita y a la faena&#8230;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><a una s\u00f3la pieza.Por la parte del lomo, usando un palillo buscaremos el intestino (que es un hilito negro), lo extraeremos con cuidado porque dejan un mal sabor y muchas veces, contienen arena
