Os traigo una de mis recetas de champi\u00f1ones rellenos que son muy sencillitos de preparar y pueden ser un buen entrante o incluso una guarnici\u00f3n, vosotros decid\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Necesitaremos;<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; margin-right: 1em;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" border=\"0\" height=\"480\" src=\"https:\/\/elcalaixetdelaiaia.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/IMG_3783.png\" width=\"640\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Un champi\u00f1\u00f3n grande por comensal<\/li>\n<li>Queso fuerte de untar (yo, queso de oveja al vino, de Albarrac\u00edn) <\/li>\n<li>200g de jam\u00f3n serrano en tacos<\/li>\n<li>200cl nata l\u00edquida<\/li>\n<li> Queso rallado<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva <\/li>\n<li>Nuez moscada<\/li>\n<li>Pimienta negra<\/li>\n<li>Sal&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n&nbsp;Limpiamos los champi\u00f1ones de la tierra que puedan tener, separamos los troncos los troceamos y reservamos, ponemos los campi\u00f1ones boca arriba en una bandeja de horno, echamos en su interior unas gotitas de acete y los horneamos a media altura durante 8 minutos a 180\u00ba<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both;
