Tengo pendiente ir a probarlos personalmente, pero mientras tanto, me consuelo con \u00e9sta receta familiar que me pas\u00f3 una compa\u00f1era de trabajo que es \u00abculomoll\u00e1\u00bb, como me contaba que se les llama de manera coloquial, a los de Gij\u00f3n.
